Random Stupidity

For the last few days, the gas stations in Ebensburg have been selling gas for cheap.  It all started because of a Dunkin’ Donuts opening at the Exxon.  All the other gas stations had to keep up.  Needless to say, it has been pretty crazy around here.

At any point in the day each pump has a line of about 3-4 cars and there is usually a line of four or five cars waiting to pull in.  The worst part of the day seems to be around 5:00 p.m.  I am guessing this will not last much longer, but who knows.  I saw two Sheetz tanker trucks there today.

It only took me about fifteen minutes to get gas today, although I did not go inside while I was filling up to buy coffee and a donut.   I saved about $8.  Pretty freakin’ awesome!

Sometimes after work, I will stop at McDonalds for a Mango-Pineapple Smoothie.  They are delicious, but this is not important.

I noticed tonight that the Indiana MickyDees has this sticker at the drive-thru.

I have to ask the question:  how does a blind person read that sign informing them that there are braille menus available?  Also, why is a blind person driving?  This is the same as the braille buttons on the drive-up ATM.

Before someone says that it is in case there is a blind person in the car, allow me to mention that if that is the case, there is probably someone else with them who can actually see.  That person cannot read the menu off while they are at the drive-thru?  Seems ridiculous to me.

That is all, go about your business.
