For those of you patiently waiting to find out what my new number is or how I like my new phone, I have some bad news for you. When I signed up for the phone on the AT&T website, something went wrong. This is the message I received:
Unfortunately, we couldn’t verify your address and, as a precaution, your order was canceled. If you’d still like to place an order, please visit an AT&T retail store where you can verify your address and purchase additional lines of service. Not all Web offers are available in retail locations
This is slightly annoying. I will not get the phone for free, but it does give me some time to do my research and make an informed decision. I guess that is a good thing.
I am bringing this question to all of you, which phone should I choose? Should I go with the HTC One, the iPhone 5s, or the Samsung Galaxy Note (does AT&T have the Galaxy 4 yet)? Do you have any phone suggestions for me. Give me some advice people.
I have the first gen Galaxy Note and really like it. I’m a sucker for a phone with a giant screen. The battery life on the first one sucks, but I think they’re on the 3rd gen now, so it may be better. If you get it, prepare yourself for old people seeing it and asking if it’s an iPad.
Haha, I am a fan of a big screen as well. That is the only thing I hate about my HTC Incredible. Tiny screen. Most old people I know have iPads. Apparently I am the only person in the country without a tablet.
I have heard that the Note sucks for actually making calls. I hate making calls, so this does not impact me too much…but is it true?
