2014 Fantasy Baseball Week Four

This is more like it.  This is the team I drafted.  Look at some of those numbers…I would destroy just about everyone.  Okay, maybe not, but it is much better than the previous two weeks.

Hunter Pence was my best player, no one else really came close.  I had a few guys hit over .300, but Pence’s line was 5/1/5/1/.478/.538.  Hosmer continues to play quite well, but still no home runs.  Oh well, a high average works for me.  George Springer has been absolutely terrible, but that is what happens when a team calls a player up too soon.  Unfortunately, it looks like he will be starting for me since Trumbo is on the DL.

Adam Wainwright had a dominating week, 2/0/10/0/0.00/0.60.  Fernandez and Kluber also gave up zero runs in their starts.  Greinke picked up a win with a 2.57 ERA.  Jim Johnson has pitched well and he may get the chance to close again.  Tough relying only on Steve Cishek and Sergio Santos for saves and the guys going for holds playing for bad teams.

After beating Gideon, I am now 30-17-1 and leading the division.  I am second place overall and only three games behind Ryan, who I take on this week.  Nothing like a week five battle between two juggernauts…whoever did the schedule should be fired.

Another War Puigs win!
