Fact One: This president inherited a large budget deficit, but was able create a budget surplus by increasing some taxes and spending less. I know, it seems like a crazy way to do things.
Fact Two: This president saw a major terrorist attack on the World Trade Center by Osama bin Laden.
Fact Three: Launched a bombing campaign into the Balkans, which resulted in the creation of Kosovo.
Fact Four: He attempted to bring about universal healthcare, but found little support since some in his own party wanted a single-payer system, whereas Republicans wanted government subsidies and a mandate to force individuals to purchase insurance.
Fact Five: The president was impeached for lying under oath. Who knew lying could get a president into trouble?
