I think everyone who saw this trailer yesterday was pretty excited about this movie. Well everyone, except my wife. She things it looks cool, but she feels that the original is pretty perfect and why do we need another?
I can see her point. I really liked The Jungle Book remake because they changed the story a bit. The cartoon was really old and dated. I understand wanting to update those older cartoons and live action seems really fun. Dumbo makes sense. I would love it if they did Sword & the Stone or the old Robin Hood.
However, I think this looks awesome and I am excited for it. Maybe this could be the first movie we take Payton to see.
