Slogan: “I am a totally serious candidate!” (Possibly made up by me)
Positive: Umm…he is a Democrat. He has some experience. I think he was one of the Democrats who was vocal about not choosing Nancy Pelosi as Speaker.
Negative: He is fairly blah. Aside from being a generic white guy with the same message as everyone else, he does not seem to know what part of the party he wants to court. He keeps saying that he is not a socialist, so there goes the far left, but he challenged Pelosi, so there goes the establishment support. Also, we cannot have a President Seth.
My Thoughts: He knows he has zero chance of winning the nomination. I think this is just an opportunity to raise his profile. He probably is looking at a legit run down the road, like 2028. I will not lie, I actually like his campaign logo.

He is such a longshot that none of the betting sites even have him listed.
