It appears the players and owners finally came to an agreement and baseball will be under way soon enough. I have no clue what a shortened season will look like and honestly, I have my reservations about there being any sporting events at the moment. But, because I love baseball, I will celebrate this small win. Honestly though, I wonder how much damage the owners did for future seasons with all of this? I cannot imagine negotiations will go well when the CBA expires…I guess that will be a future problem.
Once I get a better idea of what the season will look like, then you can expect my yearly MLB Predictions. I know, you all love them so much! Also, we can start thinking about fantasy baseball now, which is definitely exciting news!
And just think, it is June 23rd and the Pirates have not lost a game yet! Yeah, I know, like 12 million people have already made that joke.
