The fourth book in the Bobiverse series by Dennis E. Taylor was fantastic. These books continue to get better. It is funny because many of predictions after the third book (maybe not predictions, but things I would like to see) actually came to fruition. Maybe Taylor reads my blog.
The coolest thing is the idea of Heaven’s River and a topopolis. I had no clue whether or not these things were real and it turns out that an O’Neill cylinder is an actual megastructure idea. Here is a picture of what it would possibly look like.
I hope in the next book that we see more about the AI and how it will interact with the rest of the Bobs. Also, what will a Bob-created AI be like? There are so many different paths the Bobiverse can take, I look forward to to seeing things go from here.
