Fact One: Tax cuts! This president loved cutting taxes. He dropped the marginal tax rate from 70% to 50%, the capital gains tax from 28% to 20%, tripled the amount under the estate tax, and lowered the corporate tax rate. This was supposed to cause a trickle down effect on the economy.
Fact Two: He dispatched 5000 troops to invade Grenada.
Fact Three: This guy broadened the power of our intelligence community, giving them more power to spy upon American citizens. Yay!
Fact Four: He believed in such a limited government that he cut practically all funding to environmental agencies. He refused to resign the Clean Air Act.
Fact Five: This Republican president granted amnesty to over three million illegal immigrants!
