Payton got a chemistry set for Christmas. One for kids her age. I think it mainly makes slime, and you do experiments with that sort of stuff. Last night we did the first experiment, which was to make slime that would be phosphorescent. Once it was mixed, we held the slime to a light, and it glowed in the dark. Granted it was a bit faint, but it was still cool.
I love that she enjoys learning about science. I hope I can always foster that inquisitiveness, and hopefully she loves science like I do. Just as long as she does not end up breaking bad. We do not need a mini-Walter White in the house.
She’s so cute! Kid’s getting big.
I’ve got to put my oldest behind the wheel for the first time this spring. It goes quick.
