I enjoy having a weekly post. Instead of a quiz, I thought it would be fun to do something with music and movies. It will be fun to go through the decades and explore some of the music and movies that I like from those times.
Friday will be music, and it will primarily be rock. You know, something to prepare you for the weekend. But as always with me, there are caveats. Sometimes these songs will have a long personal story for me, other times they will just be a song I enjoy. But, I will try to post music that I have never posted on here before. Should make it a challenge since I have written about many of my favorite bands.
Saturday is a movie day. This is not going to be a review or anything like that, but instead more of a recommendation. Usually the movie will have some backstory as to why I am picking it. Maybe it was something I watched with a family member when I was a kid, or perhaps it is just something I really enjoy and think everyone should watch it.
These picks will not be my favorites or anything like that, so there is no need to be like “how did you pick this song for the 1950s when this is clearly the best song from that decade???” This is all for fun, and I honestly would love to hear if people enjoy the songs or movies each week (or maybe they can recommend their own for me).
