I would have never watched this movie if it were not for a roommate in college. He watched it one day and thought the parts where Charlie is drunk (like 90% of the movie if I remember) were hilarious, and we ended up watching it like every day for a week or so. Very random. It is a classic Humphrey Bogart movie, and it is no wonder he won an Oscar for Best Actor.
It is cool that they filmed the movie on location in Uganda. Also, crazy that we now have our second Humphrey movie, and John Huston film. Obviously hard to not hit this period without some of these titans of film.
