Last week I had to take Payton to the doctor because she had a fever and did not feel good. She had the flu. She slept a bunch on Sunday and she seemed to be completely better by Wednesday. Yay. Unfortunately, now Logan has the flu. Ugh.
They are very different when it comes to being sick. Payton is fairly tough. She has never thrown up. While having the flu, she barely complained about it. Logan on the other hand…yeah, when he is sick, we all know it. He is usually fairly miserable. He will end up puking up his entire bottle (sometimes more…one night he puked up his entire bottle, plus however much snot and phlegm was in his chest. It was the grossest thing ever, it was warm, white, and creamy…and there was enough to cover me. DISGUSTING!). Logan hates having his nose wiped, but he also hates having snot run down his face. Like I said, he does not handle being sick well.
I hope he recovers quickly. Not just for his sake, but for all of us in this house.
