Logan loves Minnie Mouse. He likes Mickey, but he definitely loves Minnie. When we were at Barnes & Noble, I told Payton and Logan they could pick out a book and Logan picked a Minnie Mouse book.
At night, he likes to read a story from it and now he actually looks forward to going to bed. The other night I said “okay Logan, lets drink your milk, brush your teeth, put on you PJs, then we can read your Minnie book.”
He took off running to the kitchen, opened the fridge and kept yelling “MILK!” I filled his cup and he chugged it and put the cup back in the refrigerator (that is his other new thing). He then ran to the back. I followed him and figured he went to his room.
Nope. He was in the bathroom, sitting on the toilet. He saw me and yelled “DAD!” He was waiting to brush his teeth. As soon as we finished brushing his teeth he ran to his room yelling “MINNIE BOOK!!!” I picked him up and changed him into his pajamas, then set him back on the floor.
I said to him “okay buddy, let’s read your Minnie book.” He ran over and grabbed…his Star Wars picture book. Kids are funny.
