32 total home runs! Such an incredible offensive performance. I hate that I lost, but it is at least comforting to know that if I played anyone else, I would have dominated them in the hitting categories. Hell, I probably win almost every other matchup. It was crazy going into the weekend and seeing alerts pop up with another home run, then checking and seeing that Offord continued hitting them too.
Fantasy Stud
Manny Machado had a monster week. He hit four home runs, scored eight times, and picked up thirteen RBIs. He managed a solid .478 AVG with a .556 OBP. Offord got a huge week from Mookie Betts. Yeah, Mookie Betts, who I traded for Pete Alonso. Did Alonso have a good week? Nope, he hit .087 with just one home run.
The Season
I dropped to sixth place with this loss. I need a run of good luck. We have a long week because of the All-Star Break, so I may do a deep dive into what is wrong with my team. No music this week since I am a loser.
