2024 Fantasy Baseball: Week 14

My hitting was not terrible this week, but Gideon’s was just that much better. I mean, 19 HRs and it was not even an extended week? If I was against Sean this week, it would have been a tie, 6-6. My starting pitching had a rough week. 

Difference Maker
Brenton Doyle tried his best to will my team to victory. He hit four HRs this week with nine RBIs, five runs scored, and a stolen base. He hit .524 with a .600 OBP. And do you want to know what sucks? He was the second-best player in fantasy baseball this week. Who was #1? Christian Walker…guess who owns him? Gideon! His guy hit five HRs, scored nine times, knocked in twelve. 

This loss dropped me to 6th place. I am now a game and a half behind Ryan, who I am facing off against this week (which will be a two-week battle due to the All-Star Game).
