Last year, Payton and I tried to see a movie and we ran into some problems. This time we had no problems. She loved the first Sing and has been excited for the new one since we saw the trailer. Lindsey suggested I take her today and I was super excited. I figured Payton would be super pumped.
Sometimes she is super weird. I mean that in the nicest way possible. When I told her about going to the movies, she was like “is it going to be scary?” I had to explain to her that it would not be scary. nor would the theater be scary. She kept acting like she did not want to go and then after answering all of her questions, she was like “okay, we can go.” Even when we were there, she had to act weird about the seat. She was afraid it would flip up on her and she would not get hurt. She sat on the edge of her seat through the majority of the movie.
We were the only ones there, which was nice because she asked a million questions during the movie. We split a large popcorn and both got a drink. Yeah, we both had to pee halfway through (okay, I had to pee again before the end of the movie as well). It was a great time. We both loved the movie.
I hope we get to go out and see another movie soon and maybe next time we can bring Logan with us.
