2019 Fantasy Baseball Week 12

I almost lost to Matt…that would have been bad. No offense, but he is not paying attention. Losing to a non-player is reason to just quit your season.

Fantasy Player of the Week
Tyler Skaggs picked up two wins and nine strikeouts this week. His 0.73 ERA and 0.57 WHIP helped lift Pat over Adam2. Skaggs had been on a bit of a rough streak his last few starts, but this past week helped get him to seven wins on the season and bring his ERA down to 4.30.

Around the League
Ryan 8 Lindsey 3
James 7 Offord 3
Dustin 6 Sean 5
Jason 6 Gideon 5
Pat 7 Adam2 3

Lindsey had a bad week against Ryan. It may have been closer if pitchers like Jose Quintana, Lucas Giolito, and Archie Bradley could have kept their ERA under 10.00 for the week.

Best Move
Jason decided to start Walker Buehler this week. He only struck out sixteen batters in one game. At least he did not waste that performance.

The New Week
This week I face off with Ryan. It has been a few seasons since he was relevant and I will definitely need my team at peak performance to win. Unfortunately, I have like eight guys on the IL (injured list for those of you that are unaware).

Adam2 should be able to rebound with Matt, while Lindsey has an easy one against Offord. Sean and Gideon battle, both players need a win. Pat takes on Jason, if Pat wins he could be back in the fray with those middle tier teams. Finally we have James and Dustin. If I were a gambling man, I would put money on this underdog. Dustin has won two in a row and he has good team. I would not sleep on this team.
