Just when I thought things were turning around and I was going to make a run for the playoffs, along comes Gideon. I was winning all week. I think going into Saturday it was 9-3. I was now looking at Sean and Matt to see how I could surpass either of them. Then things took a dramatic turn. His team hit 7 home runs over the weekend. My team did basically nothing.

It turns out that the champ is beatable. Sean almost saw his lead disappear against Matt, who it seems is either not paying attention or just likes having three guys on IL.
Fantasy Player of the Week
Andrew McCutchen with a monster week for Ryan! Seven runs, two home runs, two stolen bases, nine RBIs, .435 AVG, and .458 OBP. I totally regret dropping Cutch now. But seriously, I am ecstatic to see him have a great week. Especially if it means more break-dancing when they win.
The New Week
We have a new leader! James moves into first place by 1.5 games on Ryan. Adam2 drops to third place. Sean stays in fourth and is 5.5 games back. This week I take on Matt, who is in 5th and I am in 7th. Ryan faces Dustin (10th), while James goes up against Gideon (8th). Adam2 looks to rebound against Pat (9th). And finally, Sean takes on Jason. Not really sure who I want to win. A 1-1 tie would be ideal, but that will probably not happen.
