Five??? This has to be one of the worst years of my pick ’em career. Three fives and two fours, that is just consistently bad. And hey, I was not even the worst this week. Nope, that was Jon, who only picked three, but must have forgot a bunch of games. I barely beat someone who did not submit all of their picks. I am fairly certain, I could close my eyes and randomly pick, and probably get five. I have dropped to fourth place, nine points behind Jason. Sean is in second, with Gideon right behind him.
Underdog Special: Indianapolis Colts (+1.5)
I thought for sure the Cowboys would have a close game, or maybe beat the Bills. But nope, the one time I decide to bet on Dallas, and they let me down. This week I am taking the Colts. They looked great against the Steelers, and the Falcons are much worse (maybe?), so it should be an easy win.
Underdog Special Record: 5-10 (+$.82)
Steelers Prediction: This team is bad. There are so many problems. They are going into the game with Mason Rudolph as their QB, and that is not a bad decision. Mitch Trubisky has been terrible. Yes, the offensive line has not been great, but he misses throws that he really should not miss. Anything over the middle pretty much goes over the receivers heads, and into the hands of the defense. Mason may be just as bad, or worse. At this point, what does it matter? They are still in the playoff hunt since all the other teams keep losing too. My guess is the Bengals win this one like 17-6.
