Some Books!

I have been very behind with my blogging. I have read a few books during that time, and I figured I would do a quick update…

Star Wars: The High Republic–Tempest Breaker by Cavan Scott
This was a cool short audio drama about Lourna Dee. It was told as an interview, and it deals with the Lourna teaming up with Avar and Keeve Trennis to find Baron Boolan, who knows something about the Blight. I like Lourna, she is a fun character.

Knight of Shadows by Kel Kade
The sixth book of King’s Dark Tidings. I liked this one more than book five. It felt like Rezkin was better served in the shadows instead of being a ruler. Granted, he is still a ruler, but most people think he is dead. 

Star Wars: The High Republic: Seeds of Starlight by George Mann
This was another short book. I think it was for young kids. I liked it though. A Jedi takes a few Padawan to investigate missing people on Eiram (where Starlight Beacon fell). Things quickly turn crazy, and the kids have to save the day. 

Star Wars: The High Republic: Into the Light by Claudia Gray
I really enjoyed this one. I love Reath Silas, and I am 100% convinced that he will either die a hero, or live long enough to become the villain. This book sends a team of Jedi (with Azlan Rell and Nan, along with the crew of the Vessel) to Kashyyyk, which has the Blight. Once there, they discover the Drengir, alongside Doctor Mkampa.
