Best of 2025: Favorite Sports Moment

It was a rough year for my sports teams. There were like no moments that really stick out. The year started off crappy with Penn State losing to Notre Dame in the playoffs. Baseball season came, the Pirates still sucked, but at least Paul Skenes is amazing. The Pens and Steelers were complete letdowns. I mean, was there anything worth remembering?

Well yeah!

First of all, the Penn State women’s volleyball team won the national championship! The wrestling team dominated yet again on their way to another championship (at this point it just seems they are competing with their own records). 

But my favorite moment was once again in the world of golf. Rory McIlroy finally completed the Grand Slam by winning his green jacket at The Masters. It was an incredible playoff between him and Justin Rose, and honestly, it was hard to decide who to root for, since I like them both.
