This looks like a beatdown, but let me assure you, it was most certainly not. It was 5-5 all week. Fortunately my pitching picked up a hold and a win on Sunday, and I was able to hold onto the runs. I am impressed with the power numbers my team put up…21 HRs, I would love to get that production each week. Every hitter had at least one home run.
Fantasy Player of the Week
Aaron Judge came off the DL and decided to make me look stupid for suggesting the Yankees should trade him. He hit .571 with a .684 OBP with four runs scored, two home runs, and five RBIs. Something tells me the Yankees will be keeping him.

Who called that upset? Yep, I knew Dustin’s team was on a roll. also, it looks like Gideon was able to get the better of Sean. Lindsey benefited from Judge’s play, but it helped that she was facing Offord.
Best Move
Gideon picked up Hunter Pence, who is set to come off the IL sometime soon. Lindsey dropped him when he went on the IL, I think because the groin injury sounded worse at first. She should have waited a few days to discover the severity of the strain (to be fair, she had Judge and Springer coming back, and a bunch of other people heading to the injured list, so maybe it was smart on her part). Anyways, Pence has been very good this year and Gideon should see a definite improvement over Wil Myers.
The New Week
This week I take on Offord. Last time I picked up the Donut, hopefully I can repeat. Lindsey has a very tough matchup with Dustin, who is looking like a top tier team (especially after a blockbuster trade…that will be mentioned next week). Ryan tries to bounce back against another tough opponent: Adam2. He has went 55-39 since his loss to Ryan back in week four. Speaking of hot teams…Gideon is 30-13 over the last four weeks. He takes on James, who is reeling after that defeat. Sean and Pat square off, Pat has the chance to jump back to the winning sign with a win. And finally we have Matt and Jason. I will put my money on Matt this week.
