The Blizzard

As you can see, this was a major blizzard that decimated State College today. Yep, they needed to dismiss schools at 1:30 in order to keep those poor kids safe from these horrible conditions. If you were wondering, I took this picture at 4:00, you know, when kids would be home.

To be fair, the snow did come like fifteen minutes later. But I still find it ridiculous to dismiss school because of the slight threat of snow.
