2022 NFL Pick ‘Em: Playoffs Week 2

Last week was not a good round for us. Mom and Sean led the way with two, while Jon and I picked one. Yeah, that is not the best performance. Mom is still leading by three on Sean. This is an exciting time in the NFL, all the young elite quarterbacks…okay, minus Dak and Brock. They are not elite, well Dak might be elite at throwing interceptions.

Jacksonville @ Kansas City
I am taking the Chiefs here at -8.5. I like what we saw from Trevor Lawrence in the second half, but so much of that might have been the Chargers collapsing. Not taking anything away from him, but the Chargers really did screw things up. I just cannot imagine the Chiefs making those mistakes, although I do not think Lawrence will throw four interceptions in the first half. If I were making a score prediction, I would say 31-17.

New York @ Philadelphia
This game will be close, I think the Eagles will come out on top. I will be rooting for Saquon to pull off the upset. I am taking the Giants at +7.5. I just think they are this scrappy team that is always in it. Daniel Jones may not be on the same level as Patrick Mahomes or Josh Allen, but too many people underestimate him. I think with the amount of running in this game, it will be low-scoring, 21-17.

Cincinnati @ Buffalo
I would love to know the Bills stats during the third quarter. Particularly Josh Allen. I feel like they start the first half off great, then they have a terrible third quarter and need to salvage the game somehow. For this reason, I am taking the Bengals at +4.5. I think Joe Burrow will help keep this game close, and just maybe overtake the Bills for the fourth quarter. This game comes down to a field goal, not sure which way though. 31-28.

Dallas @ San Francisco
The best of the 80s versus the best of the 90s. I am sure there will be 9000 comments about that during this game. These two storied franchises, blah blah blah. I do not think this will be at all close. The 49ers defense will shut down Dak, he may throw four more interceptions. Brock does not need to be spectacular, he just needs to follow the script, and not try to do too much. I think 35-13 is probably about right.
