Amazon is still serious about a DT adaptation. I guess they dropped the origin story idea. I do like what Mike Flanagan says the series will open with…a black screen with the words: “The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed.” Yeah, I dig that…but I will not be holding my breath or getting my hopes up this time.
