My run of suckiness ended last week. I picked ten correctly, while the next best was Jon with eight. My brother only had seven, so I managed to gain some ground. I am now only one behind (and hey, taking the Steelers this week did not cost me since we all took them, haha). 

Underdog Pick: Washington Football Team (+4.0)
The Giants cannot score. They annoy the shit out of me. I am pretty sure I have lost money on them every time I have bet anything on them this year. It was 17-6 and the Giants seemed to be driving, I thought they would get the TD and cover, but NOOOOO, they kicked a field goal. WHY???? Assholes. Then the Dolphins got the ball back and ran time down and kicked a field goal. Anyways, this week I am staying in the NFC East and taking the Football Team. I may actually take the money line here because I think they will beat the Cowboys.
Underdog Record: 8-5 (+$56.13)

Steelers Pick: Well…I was wrong again. I mean, I was right that it would be close, but I thought the Ravens would win. I then made the mistake of taking the Steelers. I was so confident in them that I took them on the money line. Ugh. Two losses in a row. I suck.

So what does it all mean? I am not sure. Has the era of the dominant QB truly come to an end? Or is it just a down year? I may have to look back at scoring and see if the QB scoring is way down, if so I may need to readjust the bonuses again in order to make the QB position more valuable, ya know? Anyways, something to ponder.
