2024 NFL Pick ‘Em Week 1

I am historically not great week one. Last year I only picked five correct, the year before seven…and every year I say the same thing “I am not going to pick so many favorites, teams come out looking bad, and there are a bunch of weird games.” And yet…look at my picks?

Underdog Special: Pittsburgh Steelers (+3.0)
I am not sold on the Falcons being a good team. Maybe I am wrong, but I think the Steelers are better. The defense should be great, the offense…just needs to move the ball somewhat. The Steelers defense can hold a team like Atlanta under 17. Also, these two teams have a history of weird, close games (or maybe recently). The Steelers are 15-2-1 all-time against them, so yeah, go with the Steelers (I may take them for the ML instead of the points).
