I have been away for a few days. Most of you probably know that since anyone reading this is probably a friend of mine on Facebook. Not making excuses for losing to James or tying Ryan. I thought I would have plenty of time to check my team during our Disney trip…hahahahahaha. Yeah, that did not happen. Oh well, I put up a good fight against those guys.
Fantasy Stud
Fernando Tatis was incredible since coming off the COVID list. 13 runs, 5 HRs, 9 RBIs, 1 SB, .487 AVG, and a .574 OBP. How awesome is it that I just traded for him? What’s that? I traded him to Jason along with Salvador Perez for Aaron Nola and Stephen Strasburg? What the fuck was I thinking? That is how addled my brain was during the trip. I offered something stupid like that. I deserve to suck. At least Austin Riley has been amazing for me for the past two weeks.
The League
I will not be running down each matchup for two weeks. Instead…look at the standings!
At least I am still in first place. Ryan and James are climbing up the standings, Jason is creeping on me and Sean is just lurking over there in third. I don’t like it. I need a win this week.
Next Up
I take on Dustin this week. Some other good matchups this week include Jason vs. James and Ryan vs. Adam2. Things could get interesting.
Okay, funny story. Ryan always sang this song at karaoke. Naturally, Ryan and James are uber-competitive with each other. One night, James decides to sing it…and I hate to say it, but he crushed it. Ryan was devastated. I think he ended up crying and leaving the bar. I may have made some parts of this story up.
