After losing last week, I needed a nice win against Pat. I do not know what the hell is going on with my team though. Still not hitting well. I may need to make some big moves. Not sure which direction I will go.
Fantasy Stud
Nolan Arenado decided it was time to start hitting. He hit .409 for the week with a .435 OBP. He hit three homers, scored five runs, knocked in one, and even stole a base. Arenado has hit home runs in five straight games (if you include today). I need him to start crushing the ball.
The Season
That win brings me back up to fifth place. Offord lost to James (they had an insane battle of stolen bases: Offord had ten…and lost! James somehow had 14…without looking it up, I am going to say that is a record). Offord still has a solid seven game lead over Ryan, who has a seven game lead on Jason. 3-10 are only separated by 6.5 games, so the season is still early.
This song came up in discussion at work the other day. I mentioned how I always just make up my own words for it. Also, Patrick Stump is the lead singer of Fallout Boy, as well as the guy who sings the songs for Spidey & His Amazing Friends.
