New Glasses

I finally got new glasses the other day. I have been using this pair since 2012 and before those ones, I think I wore a pair for five or six years. I definitely get my moneys worth out of a pair. 

Obviously I do not wear them often. I wear them before bed and when I wake up. Sometimes if I have nothing going on, I may wear them for most of the day. If I leave or someone is coming over though, I put in my contacts. In the last five years, I wore my glasses to work one time. Everyone was shocked.

It is funny though, every time I find a pair of glasses I like, I say “I think I may wear these more often.” And yet, I never do. I like these ones, but I will not even pretend that I will wear them more than I do now. 

I think I look a little better now than those first glasses from when I was in third grade.

As you can see, my smile has not gotten any less awkward.
