Tipping With Religion

I hate when people decide to push their religious beliefs upon a hapless server.  I always hated when someone would leave me a card to come to their church or some kind of prayer thing.  Those types of “tip” would piss me off and make me want to visit their church and take a few dollars from the collection plate.  Nothing to be greedy, just enough to cover the tip they did not leave.
