I enjoyed writing Know Your President posts last year. It gave me a chance to read a bunch of stuff about some of the lesser known presidents. I decided that I wanted to do something like that again, but this time without the contest aspect. As fun as it was, I can never do that stuff half-assed, so I had a spreadsheet and a scoring system. So I wanted to do something simpler.
At some point last year, there was a trivia question somewhere that asked something about the third largest city in France. I realized, aside from Paris, could I even name another city in France? It took me a minute, but I ended up naming a few (the answer to the question was Marseille). I then started thinking about other countries. I can name a decent amount of world capitals. But what about other cities in those countries? Probably not.
So I decided that would be the quiz game this year. This one will be easier though. There will be a few pictures of the city. There will be a few facts. And then there will be a multiple choice form where you can take your guess and then see the answer. This is for all of us to have some fun, while also learning something.
