When I was young, probably around seven, the movie La Bamba came out, and my mom’s mother loved the movie and had us kids watch it. I loved the music of Ritchie Valens after that, and for some reason I remember watching the movie multiple times.
These two songs always make me think of being a little kid and being at my gram’s house (I think this is the only movie she ever showed us that was not a horror movie).
