Congratulations to Ryan for winning his sixth championship. It had been awhile for him though, he had not won since 2015. This was an impressive victory since he won both playoff matches via tiebreaker. For those people who say the regular season does not matter, that you can just limp your way into the playoffs and then anything can happen…well sure, but you need those head-to-head wins to ensure victory. Ryan racked them up, beating Jason 14-10 and Sean 18-4.
Just to put a bow on things, Offord defeated Sean for third place while Jordan beat Dustin for seventh. We had a rematch of last year’s championship for ninth place with Gideon once again defeating James. The draft next year will go: Lindsey, Pat, James, Gideon, Dustin, Jordan, Lasher, Josh, Sean, Offord, Jason, and Ryan.
