I read the first book in this series back in 2018 and I said I was meh about it, but that I would stick it out to see how it ends. I should have just stopped after the first one. There were a bunch of decent ideas throughout the series, but they just got lost within stupid plotlines and idiotic tropes Hamilton likes to fall back on (I can never tell if he is a conservative who is trying to say that the mega-rich are our saviors OR if he is a liberal who is pointing out the mega-rich are the problem…not a good sign from either perspective).
I wish I had more to say about these books, but honestly, my recommendation is not to waste your time.
