2024 Fantasy Baseball: Weeks 12 & 13

Nothing better than coming home from vacation to find that I defeated my opponent easily. My team is playing well…good pitching, solid hitting. I mean, it is great being so awesome. 

Ohhhh, you are probably wondering what happened in the previous week. Well I think that was just a slight speed bump. 

I lost to Sean. Ughhh, how the hell did that happen? I think it was close, but then I went on vacation, and looked again and it was over. Sean had a monster Saturday, his team scored nine runs, hit five home runs, knocked in eleven. His pitching had two wins, one save, and nineteen strikeouts. Yeah, I think that is what helped cement his win, and then added a bit of insult to injury by just continuing to crush me. Good for him. Way to follow that up with a loss.

Difference Maker
Wyatt Langford has been crushing it lately. He hit two HRs, scored 3 times, but knocked in 10! He hit .364 with a .417 OBP. He had a rough first few months, but June has been fantastic. He only has four HRs on the year, and two of them came that week.

This week I take on Gideon, who is in second place and only 7.5 games behind James. I am in fourth place, and only 17 games out of first.
